Returns/Refunds
We at Benz Supply wish to supply and create the best products possible. If for any reason you are un-happy with one of our products please contact us at tamara@benzsupplyinc.com regardless of purchase date. We will make sure the issue is resolved whether by replacement or a full refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
We accept returns/refunds of sale items for the amount paid for the item. If a refund is authorized for a sale item you will be refunded the sale price paid.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After receiving your refund confirmation please allow up to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If it has been longer than 5 days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at tamara@benzsupplyinc.com.
